MODUNEX provides AI agent application design, development, integration, and related software services for business use cases such as customer support, sales, and operations workflows.
3. Customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide to us.
- You must not use our services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activities.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before relying on them for important decisions.
- You must maintain appropriate access controls for any systems connected to an AI agent workflow.
4. AI-assisted outputs
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. MODUNEX designs workflows with practical controls, but customers should independently review outputs and maintain human oversight for high-impact decisions.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement, MODUNEX and its licensors retain ownership of our pre-existing technology, templates, know-how, and platform materials. Customer materials remain owned by the customer or their licensors.
6. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public business, technical, or product information from the other party. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of providing or receiving services.
7. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MODUNEX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
